On Saturday, Scott
Murphy, candidate for the 20th Congressional District joined local supporters
and Greene County Democratic Committee members at the Greene County Democratic
Headquarters. At the event, Scott reiterated his support for
President Obama’s economic recovery package which will cut middle class taxes
and help bring jobs back to Greene
County. Following the 2:00 p.m. rally, Scott walked on Main Street, attended a firefighters’ event
and a veterans’ event.
