“To me, this is exactly what it means to be fiscally responsible,” Murphy said. “Whether you want to say it’s red money, green money or blue money, a dollar is a dollar and that’s the way you should be approaching things like this, and frankly, I’ve been surprised to see so many people opposed to closing some of these foreign tax loopholes.”
